Hands down the BEST team you could ever ask for. They are very knowledgeable about the West suburbs. The Hancock team is very easy going and make stressful situations look like nothing was ever a problem. If I could give 100 stars, I would and recommend.

My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Matt on purchasing our new home, and when I say new home I'm not just meaning an already built home to move into, but an actual new build we got to customize. We started out originally not sure if we were going to be able to afford a home in the area as we were working with a relatively limited budget for the suburbs. My wife and I were expecting a small upgrade from our old 2bed 1100sqft house to hopefully a 3 bed house and something not too old. But due to Matt's outside the box thinking and weighing our needs and requirements on things like size, location, etc, he ended up finding a builder that was looking to expand his new build market in a small town just outside the suburbs of the twin cities for an incredible price. That incredible price was surprisingly within our budget, albeit at the top end of the budget, but for a new build I wasn't going to complain. Now thanks to Matt's awesome work we ended up getting a new build that we not only got to customize, but it's also a 5bed 3bath (once basement is finished) with a 3 car garage! I'm 100% sure we would have either not been able to purchase a house, or would have settled on something mediocre if it weren't for Matt's outside the box thinking. Few other points. Matt's flexibility with scheduling house showings makes it very easy to get the house showings at the times you might need for varying work schedules. He's incredibly quick to respond to any questions via txt/call/e-mail, and if he doesn't know an answer to something his response is always followed up with a name of someone he knows that has the answer, or he does his best to find the answer. It's never left as an "I don't know". I would highly recommend anyone needing a realtor to go to Matt for their house purchase needs!

Jilayna has been an absolute blessing to work with. She has helped us through the process of not only purchasing a new townhome in Maple Grove but selling our existing home. She tirelessly showed us multiple townhouses and has gone above and beyond in helping us prepare our house for market. Her honesty and kindness is genuine and refreshing.

Matt is an excelent agent and went above and beyond what any other agent would have done in order to get our family into our home. Matt worked around the clock to find us our home, and guided us when it came time to select a property. He educated us on the process of building a new home and negotiated with the builder to make sure we got our dream home within our budget. This was our first home and we had many questions and concerns and Matt responded without any delay no matter what time of day we had contacted him. My experience working with Jay Hancock was exceptional. Jay listened to our wants and needs and was able to very quickly calibrate and narrow our search. Given our limited time window to move into the area before school started for the kids combined with our lack of knowledge of the area I cannot express how helpful he was. The Hancock staff/team is also very helpful all the way thought the closing process. Highly recommend this team to anyone.
